FFIEC Releases CRA Peer Data
UPDATE: The CRA Peer, Performance Evaluation and Market share data is now available and can be downloaded from the support site.
The 2018 CRA Aggregate and Disclosure data, used for CRA Peer analysis, was finally released on Monday, December 16. This year there was a major delay in the release of this data for some undisclosed reason. Due to the smaller volume of this data, we typically see it released a month or so prior to the HMDA data, which was released August 30. We have completed the process of converting the data for use in Comply's CRA Performance Evaluation tables and DataMine, as well as the Comply Peer2Peer website. The name of this file is PEERCRA18.
The CRA Performance Evaluation table data has already been released through Auto-Updates and posted to the RATA Support Website in addition to the DataMine data. The name of this file is PEVMARKETSHARE18. If you have not gotten the CRA Performance Evaluation data via Auto-Updates, you may want to confirm that you have the data enabled in System > Options then verify that Annual CRA Performance Evaluation Data is enabled under Auto-Updates. If you download it from the support site, you can import it into Comply using the Import System Data option on the Home ribbon.
