Comply 19 Has Been Released - November 15, 2019
We are happy to announce that Comply 19 is now available on our support site for download. This version of Comply contains all of the latest edit changes needed to submit your 2019 HMDA and CRA data. It also contains the new 2020 reporting year so you can start to collect and prepare for the 2020 submissions as well. For the RATA customers that did more than 60,000 applications this year and have quarterly submission requirements, you will be happy to know that the Comply system is ready for that task as well. The article below has more details regarding some of the other more notable changes in this version.
A document listing all of the changes for this version will be released and put in the Comply Resource tab over the next day or two. Please feel free to download and install the update at your earliest convenience. This is a cumulative update and you can update from any version of Comply 18 to become up-to-date.
Thank you and happy reporting.
Comply 19 due to be released November 15, 2019 (Previous Article)
Comply 19 is our latest submission release and will contain everything needed to submit your 2019 data and begin collecting your 2020 data. The 2020 year is a little special because this is the first year that institutions reporting over 60,000 applications must begin submitting quarterly submissions (more about this below). In addition to the submission changes, this release is a cumulative update that includes all patches that have been released throughout the year and many new features and functionality that we believe will help with your regular processing and analysis. We were hoping to have this update out a little earlier, but at the last minute (this month) the CFPB modified the HMDA FIG again so we are having to make sure everything is included and fully tested. We are working hard to get the release out as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.
Updated Training Videos
Shortly after the Comply 19 release RATA will also be updating all of the training videos and adding many more (both longer and shorter) to make the training more robust and granular. The User Interface has changed a lot since the videos were originally released and we were looking for a good point to redo them and this seems like the time. So, between now and the end of the year we will be releasing those videos as they are completed.
We will post a full changes document to the Resources section once we get a little bit closer. We will also be posting a video next week that illustrates a lot of these changes so you know what to expect.
