Comply 25 Is Now Available (Mandatory Update Before 2025 Submission)

We are happy to announce that Comply 25 is now available on our support site for download. This version of Comply contains all of the latest edit and submission changes needed to submit your 2025 HMDA, CRA and SBL data. It also contains the new 2026 reporting year so you can start to collect and prepare for the 2026 submissions as well.

Comply 25 contains several enhancements and updates that will benefit all users. For CRA users, the encryption capability for the submission file has been updated to properly encrypt submission files in the manner that the FFIEC expects. Last year, following the 64-bit conversion, it was discovered that the encryption did not follow the FFIEC methodology in a 64-bit environment. Since this is corrected, CRA submissions should operate as expected for your 2025 CRA data. For fair lending users, there have been a host of updates to analysis reports, regression modeling, summary reports and automation, to enhance the ability to perform various analysis in the ever-changing landscape of fair lending examinations.

When using Comply in general, there are a couple large updates to the system, including the ability to use the Compare Tool to compare between fields within the same dataset. This is especially helpful when looking at original versus standardized addresses to see where the standardization process may have errantly selected the wrong address to standardize to. On the reports side of Comply, there are a number of new or enhanced reports available for both Comply and Peer2Peer data that continue to focus on the High and Majority minority aspects. There were also a few reports that did not handle the transition to the 64-bit environment in a graceful manner; those issues have now been addressed.

A changes document has been posted to the support site and made available on the Start Page so that you will know what is fixed, updated, and added to this latest version. Because this is a submission version, it is mandatory and critical that you apply this update before performing your 2025 submission. It should be installed at your earliest convenience so that there are no surprises with new or updated edit checks.

RATA Hosted Services (RHS) is RATA's cloud-based version of Comply. All RHS users should know that we will update your systems to Comply 25 over the weekend of November 1-2, 2025, and during the update process RHS will be unavailable. There is nothing else for you to do except log in to the new version on Monday. How easy is that!
