Hurricane Milton impact on RATA Associates' business operations
Please be Advised. Hurricane Milton is closing in on Florida starting Wednesday, October 9 and continuing into Thursday, October 10. RATA is prepared for the storm and there should not be any affect to client operations. Our RATA team will work remotely as long as they have power and internet. If you have a support issue, please email support@rataassociates.com, or call 407-831-7282 and try a direct extension or leave a voicemail. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible but it may not be same day. We plan to be up to full operations on Friday, depending on power, damage and/or flooding. We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. We will keep you posted. Thank you.
