New RHS Dashboard is now on Support Site (New feature for RHS customers only)
We're proud to announce the release of the new RHS Dashboard! We've added this new feature for RATA Hosted Services (RHS) Administrators, giving you the ability to log on to the RATA Support website and see a complete overview of your registered users currently within RHS. Currently this is only available on the Support website, but in October with the submission release, it will be available directly within Comply.
The first panel on the dashboard displays the User Statistics for your organization. On the first row you'll see two circular graphs depicting the Number of Registered Users vs the Maximum Number of Users Available, as well as Number of Online Sessions vs Concurrent Sessions Available. These graphs will automatically change colors as you get closer to your available user and session thresholds, giving you a quick glance to determine if your organization needs to increase account limits or if you're operating at sufficient levels. You may also hover over the graph titles to view a more detailed explanation of what those numbers mean.

The second row will show you a breakdown of all current sessions to display how many users are logged in using the Desktop client vs the Browser client, as well as how many of them are currently in an Active, Idle, or Disconnected status.
The second panel on the dashboard displays a short 2-week history of the Daily Logins by your users. Here you'll see how many times users have successfully logged in to RHS on each day of the current week (in blue). It also displays and compares the logins from the previous week (in gray) in an overlay format to easily visualize the frequency of user activity.

If you click on the Login History link on the top right corner of that panel, it will take you to the Login History subsection of the dashboard, which gives you access to the full history of login attempts by all of your users. By default, it will display only the logs for the current month-to-date, but you can easily select any date range and click the Update button to display the data that you need. You also have the ability to use the Filter field on the right to filter down the data by any keywords in the table as well as sort the columns as needed. Lastly, you'll notice the Copy, Download, and Print buttons above the table, which allow you to use all of this data however you'd like.
Returning back to the main RHS Dashboard screen and scrolling down, you'll see the User Details panel. Here you'll see the full list of all users currently logged in, under which client type, when they logged on, length of time, current status, etc. By clicking on an individual user, you'll be able to view even more details about their current session. You may also click the Expand All link on the top right corner to display everyone's details at once. If you need to contact an individual user, you may click on the envelope icon to the right of their username, which contains their email address for your convenience. Lastly, you have access to the Export link on the top right corner, which will export the data from this table into a CSV file if needed.
RATA will only be granting access to the RHS Dashboard to the RHS Administrators that we have on file. You may request access for additional users by contacting Angela Strater (als@rataassociates.com).
We hope you enjoy these new features and find them useful for monitoring and managing your users on RATA Hosted Services! If you have any questions, concerns, or if you can think of any other features that would add benefit, please don't hesitate to contact us by email (support@ratacomply.com) or phone (407-831-7282). Your feedback is appreciated.
